Lone Star Youth Orchestra

The Lone Star Youth Orchestra provides young, advanced level instrumentalists in the Metroplex area the opportunity to supplement and enhance their music education through opportunities to learn symphonic literature and high quality orchestral and ensemble training. Membership, by audition, in the Lone Star Youth Orchestra is open to all middle school and high school string, woodwind, brass, and percussion players.

Auditions for the 2008-2009 LSYO season will take place August 9, 2008. Registration materials and audition excerpts are now available on the Youth Forms page. The Lone Star Youth Orchestra will begin accepting audtion appointments Monday, June 2, 2008. Schedule an audition for the 2008-2009 Season!
